 Q. I don't remember which billing company I bought my membership with. Ihasp or BillCards?
 A. You should try to find the e-mail you've recieved after signing up. If the e-mail is from, you a Ihasp member, if it's from, you a Billcards member.

 Q. I've just signed up, but my password doesn't work.
 A. Usually it takes some time to activate your login and password, please wait at least for 30 minutes before contacting us.

 Q. I have signed up but my computer hung right after that / I have never received an e-mail from you / I've lost all my membership information and I can't get into the site.
 A. To retrieve your password, If you signed up with Ihasp billing please go here, If you signed up with Billcards billing, please go here.

If Billcards can't find your email in the database or you don't remember the email you used when signed up. Please email [email protected] with last 4 digits of your credit card number and url (address) of the site you have signed up. If you signed up with Ihasp, please e-mail them to [email protected].

 Q. I am sure I enter the correct login/password combination but I still can't get into the site.
 A. Please note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive, it means that PaSsWoRd and PASSWORD are different. Please check that you enter them exactly as they appear on your signup email or copy and
paste it into the authentication window using CTRL-C to copy and CTR-V to paste.
If nothing helps, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page providing us with your login and password as in your sign up email.

 Q. My password worked yesterday but today it doesn't. What should I do?
 A. Probably your membership has expired. Please, sign up again. If you are sure your membership is active, please contact us.

 Q. Do I have to cancel my membership? How to cancel my recurring membership?
 A. You need to cancel your membership only if it is recurring (rebilling), i.e. your credit card is being charged every month to prolong your membership automatically. If your membership is not recurring, it will be automatically expired by the end of the purchased period of time and you won't be rebilled, so you don't need to cancel it.

 Q. I don't have a credit card, but I still want to join your site. What should I do?
 A. Payments with credit cards only are accepted at the moment. We apologize for possible inconvenience.

 Q. While trying to sign-up I received the message "Invalid credit card". Why?
 A. Probably, your credit card limit has been exceeded. Please use another card, try again later or use our alternate billing company.  

 Q. Why doesn't the video play?
 A. To play MPEG, AVI and M1V movies, please download the latest version of
Microsoft Windows Media Player.

If some AVI movies dont' play on Microsoft Windows Media Player, please download and install DivX video codec at website and try again.

For playing .RM (RealVideo) movies get Real Player plugin from Please note, that there are two versions of this plugin available - enhanced and standard. The standard version is a FREE ware, when the the enhanced version is commercial. Both will allow you to view these videos.

For playing .MOV files, please install QUICKTIME plugin

 Q. How do I download pictures/save them on my computer?
  1. Downloading pictures is very easy.
      If you're using Windows
    • Just click on the picture with your right mouse button
    • Click "Save Picture/Image As..."
    • Then provide the browser with the location on your hard drive where you want to store the image.
    • If you are using Macintosh:
    • Click on the thumbnail and receive the page with the picture on it.
    • Click on the image and hold the mouse button, then choose "Save Image As..." from the resulting pop up menu.
    • Locate the folder where you want to save the picture in the window that comes up.

 Q. Why do I have to scroll right and left to see the site/the pictures?
 A. Chances are your screen resolution is at 800x600 or even 640x480. Some pictures are of very high quality and high resolution, so please try changing your screen resolution to 1024x768 or even higher for best viewing results.

 Q. Can I write you in spanish, french, german, italian, japan etc?
 A. No. Please, use english for communication. You can translate your message at

 Q. Where can I see hardcore photos and videos? Please, send me these photos.
 A. We do not provide hardcore materials. Our site is erotic.
